Buying new GPU(s) and Motherboard

I have a $380 for graphics card and motherboard that has AM3+ socket. I'm asking is it better to get MSI Radeon 270X Hawk + ASRock 960GC-GS FX or two weaker cards that give same or more performance + motherboard that supports that and of coursa has AM3+ socket ? I need you to recommend me which pair of cards and mb to pick up if it's a better option and I need this build (only gpu and mb) to be $380 MAX !

P.S. Price of MSI Radeon 270X HAWK + ASRock 960GC-GS FX is $380.

I would love if it would be that easy and cheap but NewEgg doesn't ship to my country (Serbia)... I just asked is it better to buy dual graphics and mb that supports that and what pair of cards or to pick up some other mb and 270x hawk(I have changed my pick for mb) ?
