I am locking for a new motherboard, cpu and ram, the ones that i currently use are about 7 years old and still seem to work fine but i am locking for some upgrades. Recently i changed my video card and power supply so those don't need to be changed, the only problem is the low budget , i only have about 260 $ to spend for all 3. So far those are the one's that i chose, i need to know if they are good or if there are any better ones for my budget :
cpu: AMD Athlon II X4 750K Black Edition 3.40GHz skt FM2 box
ram: Kingston HyperX Beast 8GB DDR3 2400MHz CL11 Dual Channel Kit
motherboard: MSI A55-G41 PC Mate

The video card that i have is amd asus 7750HD and the psu is noname 450w which i understood is enough if i dont overclock ( the psu can be changed as well if it's really the problem).

Thank you.
