Potential graphics problem

How comes this guy's game is lagging if he has got a good build e.g. GTX 770 FX 8350...
I am planning to get a GTX 780 with i5 4670K

how do you know it's 'lagging' whatever you mean by that, it's not multiplayer so it's unlikely to be lag.

It's probably stuttering, or poor frame pacing, recording can do that, also i'd argue the weaker cores of the 8350 may have something to do with it.
