Please Help HDD problem

Hi guys, i have a snapshot of the problem! could someone tell me what is going on? And on windows startup there is a popup telling me that there is a problem with my HDD and whether or not i want to make a backup of the whole thing.

The 08 code with the value of 1 and the threshold of 1 is the problem and indicates the drive could be failing. I would buy a new (or lightly used good condition) 1TB toshiba drive of the same model and clonezilla it asap.

I was hoping I did not have to get a new drive but that it was a bug or something.. thanks for the quick answers though

Use a tool such as CrystalDiskInfo or HD Sentinel to examine the drive's SMART report.
