What determines compatibility between systems and graphics cards is more closely related to:

a) Motherboard and open expansion slots - in your case you need a PCI-E x16.
b) PSU support - in your case you need (I believe) a 6 pin PCI-E power connector off the PSU.
c) Case support - the case needs to be a full width (no 'slim' cases) that has two open rear slots on the back because the 7770 is a double-width unit.

Now if you're asking if the system as a whole will be pretty decent gaming machine with an i3 and a 7770, it should do so-so. The 7770 is roughly equivalent to the R7-250X (Cape Verde XT) which isn't awful for basic gaming, but throwing newer titles at it will certainly require a lower detail setting. If you're looking to play newer games, you'll need something closer to the R9-270/270x as a minimum and those will run you near $200.00 and require twin-6 pin PCIE power leads off the PSU (minimum 500w PSU) but the card is a much more powerful card.
