HOW much should PC and GRAPHICS CARD temperature?

MY PC SPECS ARE

PENTIUM D 3.00 GHZ
RAM -1.99 GB
GRAPHICS CARD NIVIDIA 610 2GB

I using cpuid hwmonitor to find my pc temperatures
IS SHOWS

remote1 ->79 degrees
local ->44 degrees
remote2 ->47 degrees

graphics card temperatures -> 50 degrees

IS it high ?????

use this on the sensor part and see what it will report from lowest to highest http://www.hwinfo.com/download.php post the result page back .

i cannot copy full report because it has too many characters.
i have saved the report in xml type.

i dont know how to send a xml file?

i found details for the system but could not see any temp readings also you did not update most of the driver since 2004 take a print screen of the sensor page and post it back .
