Getting a new gaming pc, need help.

A few questions that I have, any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
1. Should I stick with the Crucial m4 128gb or get a 256gb? Will it really make it a difference in FPS and MMO?
2. Asus sabertooth z87 or Asus z87-pro? Which is better?
3.Corsair RM Series RM1000 or Corsair RM 850? I do not plan on overclocking... Yet. Will the 850 be enough to overclock later on or should i get the 1000?
4. Are the additional case fans needed?
5. Will this setup be able to handle bf4 and crysis on max settings?
