Hi guys, I need your help . I bought a Graphics card near about 5 or 6 years ago ( Nvidia Geforce 9600 GT ) which have 256 bits and 12 Mb of memory. Day before yesterday I bought another Graphic card ( AMD XFX R7750 ) and thought will be a bit better than the Nvidia one but unfortunately the performance went down. My rating was 5.9 in windows Experience Index and after putting the AMD one it went down to 2.0. Whats wrong? The AMD one have 1 GB memory but 128 bits. Drivers were crashing all the time. :??:

I went to the shop from where I bought the card and they said my Nvidia car is better than the AMD one just because it got 256 bits. It this correct?

I will also contact XFX abt this problem.

I have I5 processor with 6Gb ram.
I mostly use Photoshop CC for my design and 3d purposes.

Thanks a lot guys
Tirtha

You need to find another shop to go to cause the people there are idiots. The 7750 is better hands down. You need to remove your nvidia drivers and install the AMD drivers, thats why your score went down, even tho WEI means absolutely zero.

Well again WEI means nothing. If your drivers are crashing all the time, still, you may want to return the card and try another one. Are your games performing badly?

Well I understand its just weird it went from 5.9 to 2. Anyways I haven't tried with any Games yet. I will after 2 hours. I already tested with Photoshop CC and its not good. Its crashes all the time with I try to work on 3d models.
