Forcing 75Hz @ 1280x720 ?

Why is that I cant use 75hz on that resolution(i have a 16:10 monitor)
I can only get 75hz with 4:3 or 16:10 resolution,is there any way to force it?(LCD 22")

You can set custom resolutions and frequency's in you manufacturer control panel, eg Nvidia control panel or the AMD one. The windows options are only basic
