I was trying to update the BIOS on my M5A99FX PRO R2 to 2301 (http://support.asus.com/Download.aspx?SLanguage=en&m=M5A99FX+PRO+R2.0&p=1&s=24) using the AI Suite II AUS update function, but it kept getting stuck waiting on the server. I went into my avast! firewall to make sure to let it through, but it never accomplished anything.
I even manually downloaded the BIOS from ASUS and loaded it into thew program, but then it asked me to change the BIOS logo, even when I said no... I quit it and managed to update my BIOS using the EZ Flash 2 function within the BIOS, so all is well in the end.
Has anyone else had these issues with AI Suite II
