OK....initially, you said 140GB drives (which really don't exist)
Now that we know you're talking about 240GB drives....
RAID 0 with SSD's is still a losing proposition.
Yes, you can, but it gains very little. No speed benefit, and greater fail potential.
You can run two drives just fine without the RAID 0. I do. It's just 2 different drive letters.
For your initial question: what you seek does not exist.
Just have them as two drives. A 'C' and 'D'.
