I hear a little bit of grinding that sounds like fan blades hitting something.

If you carefully stop the fan with your finger (in the middle) you can see if it is the fan.

If it remains annoying, contact MSI.

It's a twin fan so will try it tomorrow it's not making nog the noise when I slow them down only when they been running on hi for few seconds. My pc keeps crashing after playing game for 30 min to hours it's not count temps so am trying to find the problem though maybe xpu over heating that's when I put fans on 100 percent and noticed the horrible sound

If the sound is only when the fans are on 100% then just stick with the normal fan profile.

As for the crashing issue, there could be several reasons but I'd start by testing your DDR3 memory with Memtest www.memtest.org

Also I have noticed when monitoring my gpu in after burn it stays at 0 % usage when in game and using it was not always like this.
