Hello,

I am having a bit of trouble with fixing the audio on my new computer and I have searched everywhere but nothing worked. I plugged in my headphones in the jack and at back of the computer and it works fine. I tried using the drivers that came with my asus maximus IV hero but that hasn't seemed to work either. I am using windows 8.1 and a fractal define r4 if that helps.

Solution
There are usually cables that run to the front panel for the headphone jack/USB jacks/LED notification lights. Are those connected? However I prefer using the audio jacks in the back of the case since there is no static noise from the cables.
