Download and run the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download tool, from the link you provided. This will take your ISO file of Winodws 7 and put it on your USB drive and make the USB drive bootable. Then, when you plug it into a USB port and boot your PC, hit the BIOS key that allows you to select your boot device at boot time and pick the USB drive you have connected. Or go into BIOS and change the boot order to be the USB drive first. This will cause the Windows 7 install disk to boot from the USB drive and you can begin installing Windows 7.

From your link:

Installation

To install the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download tool:

"noelw read my reply xD"

It's hard to read your replies. I don't understand words like "m9re", "c;, nd system", or "noelw".

Formatting destroys all data on the partition you are formatting. When installing Windows 7, it will show you all the existing partitions. Take this opportunity to DELETE ALL PARTITIONS. There will nothing left, no Windows, no viruses, no nothing. Then proceed to install Windows on the newly cleared disk. Problem solved.
