hello im looking to upgrade my current GPU to a better one for games games i play are resident evil 5 resident evil 6 and the new star trek game heres my pc specs

ASUS M2R32-MVP mobo phenom 2 X4 quad core 920 at stock 2,8Ghz 4 gigs ddr2 ram xp
pro 64 bit and 1TB hard drive ATI AMD XFX HD4890 1 gig GPU 1000 watt psu with 72
AMPS spreed across 2 12 volt rails 36 amps per rail. 1920x1080 26 inch led tv widescreen

i need a card that can handle a constant 60 frames all the time with Vsync enabled my 26 inch led tv only supports 60 herts, Id prefer a used card as my budget is a max 80$ shipping included what do you recomend as for ati/amd or nvidia preffs im not picky i just need a gamers card in my budget that will allow me to play my 3 games with Vsync enabled at a constant 60 frams as any frame rate lower than 60 in resident evil 5 or 6 is unplayable thanks also please post links to cards if possible

PS. i dont intend to crossfire so a single gpu or a dual cpu on a single card would be preff BTW my reason for using Vsync is because i notice seems in my games and Vsync makes them go away

if your max budget is 80 bucks then i would stick with what you got until you can sped 200 or so for a real video card. 80 won't get you much more than what you already have.

^+1 nothing powerful for that money. Cheapest card I would call a viable upgrade http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-r7260x2gd5o...

no ram won't have much do to with it. that is all about CPU and GPU power.
