Windows 8.1. blue screen

Hello. My windows 8.1. (on laptop) are stuck in the login screen. Meaning that the space where the password should be typed is suddenly dissapeared. It shows my login name, but i can't type the password and move on to Windows. ANy help please?
 
Solution

You require a Recovery Drive or Installation disk/drive to proceed further. If you didn't create one, get a friend to create one for you on another W8/8.1 machine. Simply type 'Recovery' at the start screen and look for 'Create Recovery Drive' from Settings in W8 or select from list in 8.1
Select your Recovery drive as 1st boot and use Troubleshoot to get to Advanced Options, suggest you try System Recovery 1st to take you back to before the incident occurred.

Solution

Presume you mean you can't get into BIOS? You may have to press a function key rapidly at power on to break the cycle, usually F2. If this fails, consider disconnecting your HDD to prevent Windows from using Fast Startup, but you'll still need a Recovery/Repair drive to fix the problem...
