PSU Fan Gets Very Loud When Playing Games

Recently, my PSU has been putting out a very irritating sound of the fan speeding up whenever I open a game and play the game, and when I exit the game, the sound dies out quickly.
In the last 2 weeks, I've been noticing it more and more over time, the computer is 4 months old, and just recently there has been a irritating noise of the fan speeding up whenever I enter a game.
I can listen to a Youtube video and hear it. When I turn the PC on, I can't hear anything; its only when I play games.
Months ago I was playing the exact same games, on the exact same settings, had the exact same tabs open and their was no output sound from the fan.
The Power supply is 300W, although that is irrelevant because it was working fine a month ago.
Also, there isn't anything running in the background.
Its not the a broken bearing, because its not a grinding noise, its the noise of the PSU fan speeding up.
Should I just go out and buy a new power supply? If so, would that solve the issue?

A response A.S.A.P. would be awesome.
Thanks

300Watt is a very weak PSU especially if it's stock like mine is. In which case you should already be considering a new PSU because there are almost no GPU's out there that will work very well with a 300watt PSU. Running games with a dedicated graphics card on a 300Watt PSU is going to be straining that PSU hardcore as it does mine (hope to replace it soon with next paycheck)

What Graphics Card do you have installed?

Edit: Just went to your link

Yes definitely go out an get yourself a new PSU. As a matter of fact we have the exact same CPU (A10 6700) an my power supply is only 350 an I'm running an EVGA GTX 750Ti sc. My PSU runs hot when I reach behind the tower the heat is pretty warm. Not burning hot but its not far from it. Get yourself a decent PSU with around 500watts if you have a dedicated GPU like I do. If not still get a dececent above the 400watt area.

Graphics card is stock Radeon HP 86700 graphics.
Although, I don't understand why the fan is noticeable now but not before if it was the stock PSU?
I realize that I do need to update my PSU (Eventually I will update to a 450W), but why would the fan noise start now?

All you have right now is the Integrated GPU (IGPU) which is built into the CPU (A10 6700) You shouldn't be having any problems from the stock PSU as of right now. What type of games have you been trying to play with the IGPU?

If you haven't removed the sticker on the side panel that proves you haven't opened the case than I would take it up to BestBuy an see what they can do that is if you bought their warranty. If not I believe their usual thing is 30 days from purchase. Either way I'd let them have a look at it an see if it should be running the way that its running. If not they'll probably suggest you send it in to the manufacturer at which point I'd just go ahead an buy a new PSU.

I play MMORPGs, such as World of Warcraft, Minecraft, LOL, and some others.
I called best buy, they said they would send it out for around 4-8 weeks because I didn't purchase the extended warrenty, which I'd rather just buy another PSU.
Will buying a 450W PSU fix the problem entirely?
