Doubtful. I would need the exact model of the 7770 you have. But all the 7770's I have seen with 2 dvi ports only have 1 dvi-i and other is dvd-d and a dvi to vga adapter isn't going to work in a dvi-d port. They are only capable of using 1 vga monitor.
