What PSU should i get?

Well first off you say "budget" on a parts list that is already at $1,300 before taxes. I would go over your parts more an try to go in order of CPU, Motherboard, PSU than the rest will fall into place. 600Watt PSU will do in most builds if you are doing only one GPU an don't have a ton of extra externals plugged into the machine. Other than that consider your case of choice an motherboard when choosing your PSU an the rating like the 80+ Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum.

Not to throw this in there since you are asking about PSU's but you should consider Windows 8.1 since windows 7 isn't going to support DirectX 11.2 and 12 which will make gaming a lot better in the near future.
