i have a pretty open question. what shoudl i be concerned about when the parts come in? im building my first gaming rig and i just want to know what should i worry about and what should i do if something happens?

You should not worry about anything. Once your parts arrive account for every part that is on the shipment list an make sure it's all there an intact. Make sure your case isn't dented, scratched, cracked, etc... Make sure your PSU isn't rattling. It's really just common sense. Go over everything make sure its there, check to see if anything is broken. After that begin the build an make sure everything is working properly. If not send it back an get a replacement or refund. That simple! :)
