I had a problem that my dvd rom is not working properly. That's mean the reading and writing capabilities absolutely lost. I want to retrieve my dvd rom from current stage to previous stage. I can not loading the installation dvd especially ubundu it give an error. I searched the error code around the internet. And i finally got the result The installation media or the rom is bad. After two months ago i tried to install windows 7 it loaded without any problem and the stage of file copying that give me an error code that's also the same i have seen the ubundu while. So please give me the possible solutions that would be appreciated. I'm apologying if my english is bad.
