So I've been getting a BSOD ever since I built my computer back in December but sometimes the problem would go away and then return. but recently I've been getting the same one and it happens when I boot my pc.
I downloaded Blue screen view and here's what it says
CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION
Bug check code: 0x000000f4
Caused by driver: ntoskrnl.exe
Caused by address: ntoskrnl.exe+75bc0
File Description: NT Kernel & System
Product name: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System

My specs are
Intel I5 4570
GTX 760
Samsung EVO SSD 120 GB
WD blue 500 GB
G. Skill ram 8GB
Corsair 600 watt psu
LG Blu Ray drive
Gigabyte Z87M-UD3H

I've downloaded all the latest drivers for my components but I don't seem to find the problem. I've also ran Memtest and had many passes 0 errors for both ram sticks. If anyone has an idea of what it could be I'd really appreciate it. Thank you

I've also noticed that it only occurs when my computer is asking for the password.

Sounds like you have tried a few things. Try running Ccleaner see if that helps. If that doesn't do the trick,
reinstall windows would be my guess, with CHIPSET drivers and LAN, and then update windows.

A bit drastic I know, but what do you have to lose?
