The MSI has higher specs to my knowledge if I'm wrong someone correct me but to that it also has good cooling I think the Asus has better but the MSI has higher clocks also the MSI looks better which comes down to personal preference but whichever is cheaper I would go for personally I recommend the MSI and with that you get MSI Afterburner which is a good overclocking application

Hehe, I have an ASUS mb, and an MSI gpu, and it works fine ^^
