I just purchased a blue Rockcandy Xbox wired controller. My Windows 7 PC isn't recognizing the controller under the Devices page on the Control Panel. I've downloaded the necessary drivers for the controller. I've tried connecting it to the other USB ports. All to no avail. How can I fix this?
