I've recently built a system with the following specs:
fx 6300
GA-78LMT-USB3 mobo
8gb of ADATA 2400 mhz ram. ( reduced to 1333mhz)(99% sure its compatible, gigabyte list similar sticks of ram at 2000mhz at cas 10, this is 2400 at cas 11)
tx 550 W PSU
integrated graphcs
350D case
and custom rgb leds
bassically if I start it up and it gets to the bios I'm fine, unless I leave it unatended for more than a few hours, it goes into a odd sleep mode. It wont come out of sleep mode, I have to flip the PSU switch. and if it doesnt boot past the bios, nothing, no display out, not sure whats going on, but I need to fix it. Any ideas would be apreciated.
Additonal notes:
Before this time, taking the power connector out fo the lights would sometimes make it boot into bios.
Sometimes clearing the CMOS would help it boot into the bios.

Solution
After looking up your mobo, it seems that this model is quite fidgety with configurations. I would suggest to return, RMA'ing if you can, and purchasing another motherboard. Also even though the ram is downclocked the built in memory handler on FX cpu can only nativley support up to 1600 mhz. It could also be your cpu, if you have another am3(+) lying around try that and also try new ram.
