Is Cooler Master a good brand?

Cooler Master has a lot of products in my country and it's the only brand for some products such as led fans
I am getting this products
Psu silent pro m2 620 watts
Led fan for the phantom case

One thing I noticed was that a few nonths ago I bought a led fan and the lady gave me another one as a gift. The normal black plastic fans was better than the led cm... ¿?
So is it a good brand? Nxzt has fans and psu aswell but more expensive prices

The customer feedback seems pretty good for a power supply.

I can't speak to the case fans, but usually if you can control the speed they are almost silent. I hooked up my case fans to the motherboard FAN slots, used my motherboard fan software and put them on the LOWEST speed possible until 40degC (highest 80degC) so the fans ramp up.
