Solution
If its for gaming then you've put way too much money into it.

Change from a 1TB ssd to 120GB and add a 1TB hdd

Change from 2x 8GB ram to 2 x 4gb.

Change from an i7 4770k to an i5 4670k.

Change from the Asus Maxiumus mobo to Asus Z87 Pro

Only get 1 optical drive

Change from Noctua NH D14 to Coolermaster Hyper 212 EV CPU cooler.
