CPU Fan problems?

So I recently bought the Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P MOBO and I have the corsair h100i CPU cooler. The problem I'm having is the fact that the CPU fan and most of the fans in general are running at a high RPM even at idle.

Currently my CPU fan is always around ~2400 RPM at idle, which seems a little ridiculous and makes it extremely loud overall with noise.

My other fans run around ~1500 RPM or so and those aren't really a problem at all.

Main issue is the fact that the CPU runs at 2400 RPM even when I switched it to silent mode in the bios. Speed fan also does nothing to help it at all.

Oh and no don't disable. You connected the pump into the CPU fan header. My monitoring software says it's always running at 2200 ish RPM. When it's not. That I believe is the RPM of the pump

Right Right. I've downloaded the software and now attempting to change the fan speeds to see if it working. Do I need to disable the fan controls inside of the BIOS so that it doesn't interfere with the program?

EDIT: Okay I've installed the program and everything is now at a lower RPM which is awesome! I do also have one more question, is there anyway I can adjust the speeds of the other fans in my system? I've tried to change through Bios but that doesn't work nor does speed fan.

Well what I did was hook the 2 fans on the rad to one of the Y adapters it came with. Then hooked my 2 front case fans to the other Y adapter. Giving Corsair Link control of those 4 fans. Then hooked the last back exhaust and bottom intake to the motherboard. You are talking about the other fans not hooked into the Pump right? How many Fans you got running?
