Hi im looking for advice on my pc build! :) )) i got questions under parts
edit: i see that the haswell refresh is coming out soon is it worth the wait? and will it be much better than 4670k. how about the new z97 mobos when are they to be released and do they support haswell-e, haswell, AND broadwell? or just one of them.

I would get other SSD and PSU, other parts are good for gaming PC :)

I think it's worth to wait "Haswell" refresh CPU's because there will be more options on "k" CPU's and new motherboards will support SATA-10gbp/s.

Your build is okay. Don't wait for new intel processor, then won't bring many improvements.

so any suggestions on a better psu? im looking at this currently and trying to figure out if their is anything cheaper, im on a strict budget atm

80+ Gold is pointless, unless you're going to use your system 24/7, and that Antec HCG-M 750W is the chaepest decent 750W PSU on the market (at least after rebates :D )
BTW You mentioned 1600$ budget and my build is 1480$ after rebates :)
