Most likely going for corsair 350d and it's a relatively small case. What would offer better cooling, dual 120mm's or a single 140mms?

Solution
Go with single 140mm on the front side which is already included in the chassis. Large size fans rotate at low speed but produce more CFM. Moreover, due to the design of 350D, it will throw fresh air directly on the graphics card which will come handy to keep the temps of the graphics card at low. Plus there will be less noise from single 140mm. You don't need to mount static pressure fan on the front side in 350D.
