I am upgrading my case and decided that I will be buying the corsair 450D. Now, the 450D comes with 2 AF140l's as intake and 1 AF120 as exhaust at the back. My question is should I replace the from AF140's with Noctua NF-A14's or should I just leave them. Because of the open mesh in the front of the case, they might the noctuas will be very visible but I have heard that the corsairs are very loud. On another note, I plan to get the NH-U14s cooler so the noctuas will match in terms of color

I recently bought one of the new Antec Towers, I was trying to decide between that and the 450D.

I did a lot of research, and even bought myself a Noctua, but in the end, the case kept things dead silent and cool the way it was, and I saved a lot of the pain that comes from installing a new fan over one that is connected to a controller.

I never used the Noctua, case fans were good enough. If you're willing to spend that much money on the case, it should (and is suppose to) have well designed stock venting.

If I were you I would buy the case, and see how loud the fans are, then make a decision. I've had corsair fans be dead silent, and others loud. Might be worth saving the money.
