No it wont play on Ultra or even High unless its at a terribly low resolution. The 750 is nice for its price but dont mistake it with a high end or even medium vid card. There is a reason why $500 vid cards exist.

30 is fine I must say.. the CPU will not at all be a bottleneck... as long as he is playing below 1080p, he will not have fps issues.. fps will be just fine around 30.. also frankly, I do not see much difference between high and ultra settings.. just that your GPU will be calculating more that you will not actually visualize due to the low resolution..

Don't worry, you got great specs, it will run just fine... look at my specs.. I ran BF4 on ultra.. with a lower processor.. no issues... as long as your FPS is above 30, you are good to go.. above 60, even the human eye cannot make out the difference.. :)

For power supply, go for this..

or if budget permits,

For a power supply, 20A on the 12v rail and 400W minimum is required eg Antec HCG 520M

The GTX 750 Ti should play BF4 on high with acceptable fps.

BF4 has so crappy optimization that it will have huge fps drops if the fps is as low as 30 on average.
