Hey guys, I went to a store and asked me to give me a list of parts for a custom PC, I don't have an exact budget but I told him that I don't need expensive parts but only parts that I can use to play games on low-mid quality, I play LoL. WoW, NBA 2k14, Sims 3, Assassins Creed and other games, I may try out some new games.

(Some of this parts are not the full name because for some reason, they didn't put the exact and full name of the part.)

CPU: Intel Core i5 3.10 GHz LGA 1155

Motherboard: Gigabyte H61M-DS2

HDD: WD 500GB SATA

RAM: 4GB DDR3 (But I plan to upgrade to 8 GB)

GPU: GeForce GTX 640 or Radeon HD 7750 (They gave me two options)

Case/PSU: They didn't give me an exact Case and Power Supply, all they said are ATX Case w/ Power Supply

I don't have that much knowledge about computer parts and I live in a country where it is not easy to buy different computer parts and assemble them myself.

My budget is $400-500. I'll ask them what the Power Supply is, once I get the chance to go there again.

What do you mean 3 years old? If you could just clarify. Also, what PSU do you recommend, if you could give me different choices, that would be great. Thanks :)

I've searched some things and came up with another build, I want to know if this build is better, also, if anyone can tell me how much this build will cost because I just saw this parts from budget builds on youtube and then mixed them.

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black or AMD X4 750K

Motherboard: Asus M5A78L-M LX PLUS or MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 or ASRock FM2A75M-DGS

GPU: Radeon HD 7750/7770 or R9 270X or GTX 660 or GTX 640 or GTX 650 Ti

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB or G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8 GB

PSU: EVGA 500B 500W or Cooler Master GX 450W

HDD: 500 GB WD Blue or 1 TB WD Blue or Seagate Barracuda

Please suggest more parts. My budget is still $350-$500, so if you guys can give me the best build, I would REALLY appreciate that. Thanks :)
