I know these dont use PhysX, but i want a cheap graphic card 150$ around 9000 inr which supports PhysX and could play the games on med-high which i mentioned above

Cripes, guy wants an Nvidia card, why push a 7770 on him? Besides COD: Ghosts is a fully GPU-accelerated PhysX game, just one of several unique technologies you can't get with an AMD card.

I'd go for a GTX 750 1GB or a GTX 750 Ti 2GB card. Even a GTX 650 Ti would be a good choice in that performance range.

I don't know what the exchange rate translation is, but the $150 budget listed in the first post would include the GTX 750 Ti and below. Newegg has a nice Gigabyte GTX 750 Ti Windforce for $130, and the GTX 750's are generally about $10 more than a 7770 with about 25% more performance and PhysX to boot. Hopefully, prices are similar where T2 plans to make his purchase, but there doesn't seem to be a good reason for him to give up on his stated brand preference and preferred graphics options in order to fit the budget.

Thanks but i recently extended my budget to 250 bucks$$

So that's 15000 INR?
You could go for a GTX 660. There are GTX 760's for 17000, but they're reference, and I don't recommend reference cards.(Although you could check reviews of the card on TechPowerUp, and if the review is good, then go for it. The GTX 780 coolers from NVIDIA are pretty good reference coolers, although not as good as aftermarket.)
