I recently got my sapphire R9 270x Toxic and i feel like its not working as it should so how can i know if there is problem?

i recently got my r9 270x toxic and i think its does not qive me the fps it should in bf4 my rig
:
Processor - amd fx 8150
ram - kingston 8 gb
power supply - i ball sprinter 600

AMD's bulldozer chips have been known for it's bad performance. Not too sure why though :p

And that PSU doesn't look like it's from a decent company
