Where are the pins you need to short circuit in order to turn an external build on with a z87?

I have a z87-c to be exact, not 100% sure where the pins are the jump it, and the user manual hasn't helped me either.

The same 2 pins that you plug the power button into?

They should be in a set of pins marked front panel (f_panel or something like it). If there's a pin-out of the front panel connection in the manual, it's the power switch pins.
