What psu is better?

After looking at those, I'd probably go ahead with the Corsair. Both are solid units, so really not a bad choice. However, the Corsair is cheaper, and has Gold vs. Bronze efficiency rating.

XFX are good. They are rebrand of Seasonic who knows what should go into a power supply. XFX 650W is better than the CSM power supply. The CSM series uses cheap average caps.
80+ bronze is good enough. 80+gold is nice but not necessary.
Another option is the XFX XTR 550, It is gold, has good japanese caps, fully modular and excellent warranty.
