my graphics card is messed up

I have a gtx 670 and it has been working fine till recently. My hardrive fell down 5cm and fell into my graphic card causing a small spark. My screen is now always really messed up. When I boot it, the screen is full of random colours and letters but I can just make out bits of the bios configuration. I don't whether I need to replace it or not or can I fix it somehow.

Sounds like it connected bits of the circuit that shouldn't have touched by passing through the HDD metal, I recommend trying the onboard graphics with your GPU removed, this will then determine if your GPU is dead.
