I have check with EZ Update and Update it to the current version of Bios from 0711 to 0903.. still the issue remains the same.

If I understand you correctly, I have check it with every single USB ports that is available on my motherboard and front panel also but the same things happen when I connect Mobile phone or IPOD, my USB Memory stick is connecting, my headphone are connecting my keyboard and mouse is working fine so I dont understand the issue..

do the USB ports work that are directly connected to the motherboard? <- as that is mouse/keyboard ect. If you use the front I/O USB ports and that's the one that doesn't work, then you may have a faulty motherboard USB header.

The main ports are also doing the same thing ..
and also mobile or iPod are not even charging from USB even in BIOS Start up they do the same thing of disconnecting

what do you mean by disconnecting?

don't charge or aren't being recognised (no recognition usually normal)?

disconnecting means when ever i connect a mobile device my USB ports keep them disconnecting and connecting in less then 1 second,

ah, ok I get it.

Sounds to me like you may have a faulty motherboard or power supply.

With your case front I/O ports, could you try another USB header on the motherboard.

I want this problem solved on the first time (maybe replacement), and not on several attempts.

I won't do either unless we know it is one or the other.

Test the power supply, follow these steps; otherwise you'll have to real a wall of text in this post;
