They are both the same. The 6350 is just an already overclocked CPU. It's not worth getting the FX-6350 since the FX-8320 has it's price near. You can just overclock the FX-6300, and get the same speeds.

More cores and more cache. It's pretty much an underclocked fx-8350. That's how AMD works xD.
But either fx-6300 or fx-8320.

The FX-8320 is an octa-core CPU, has more L2 cache, has more threads, memory performance is better.

also will my GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard be able to handle the gtx 760 and the amd 8320
