Hey everyone, I would just like to ask for some opinions on which one of these laptops would be worth of getting for me.

Depending on my budget I have stationed myself around MSI MSI GE70 17.3" Full HD and ASUS G750JM 17.3" Full HD.

Both of them have nearly the same hardware, only noticeable difference is the RAM and SSD capacity.

My initial goal with this purchase is to buy a perfectly suited laptop for gaming and photoshop/sony vegas and other similar programs.

The difference in my currency is barely noticeable between the two, Asus is just a few bucks more.

As far as I know photoshop is best with 16gb RAM, while Asus only provides 8gb but it is upgradable, but then again would cost me a bit extra for additional 8gigs. P.S. Asus also seem to provide more apps instead, + 4x 3.0 USB ports while MSI only has 2x 2.0 and 2x. 3.0.

If anyone would help me make this decission, would appreciate it. Otherwise it will be a coin toss, but I'm leaning towards MSI since laptop already has inbuilt 16gigs of RAM.

Here are the links for both laptops:
ASUS G750JM 17.3" Full HD (Notice that this version on newegg have 12gigs not 8, since I'm not buying it from this website as I'm from Norway.)

MSI GE70 17.3" Full HD (Notice this one has 12gigs aswell).

Specifications on my websites are as follows:

GeForce GTX860M 2GB,Core i7-4700HQ,8GB RAM,256GB SDD, 1000GB HDD,DVD±RW,Win 8.1

MSI GE70 17.3" Full HD
GeForce GTX860M 2GB,Core i7-4700HQ,16GB RAM,128GB SSD,1000GB HDD,DVD±RW,Win 8.1

If you have any better laptops in mind, please share, will see if any of my local websites have it.

No problem man, I don't need you frying an expensive laptop by accident xD. I agree with you about the Msi also. It's more...

No problem man, I don't need you frying an expensive laptop by accident xD. I agree with you about the Msi also. It's more simplistic, although the Asus looks like a Toughbook, whereas it could take quite a fall :D. Also, the Msi is more friendly for travel.
