I'd recommend this. The Asrock will be good when you want to overclock later or sli. Next I changed the ram. This kingston is some higher quality ram and will support anything. Then I switched the video card. For 10 bucks more you get a pre overclocked card. Then, I changed the case. The 200R will support a big graphics card and has nice neat management. Then, I changed the OS. For modern gaming, you really need windows 8. Finally, I changed the CPU. Without a cpu cooler, that 8350 isn't needed, the 8320 will work just fine for your needs.

The 8350's stock cooler is load and will barely cool the cpu, if possible spend $30 on a Coolermaster Hyper 212. @ 1080p you wont be able to max most newer games but should still get high settings. The MSI card Diox55 posted would be a better choice aswell, when it comes to PNY I try to avoid them their customer service sucks.

I'd still recommend going with the 8320 because by the time you overclock, most people would overclock both of these up to 4.4 to 4.5, although with the 8350 I've seen people go up to 5 ghz with a water cooler which is NOT recommended to do.

The ram is on sale(sale price isn't shown) so its cheaper and faster than the kingston, and the motherboard has better VRMS for overclocking.
