dll problem while playing games

i cannot play fifa14,12 due to dll errors...can anyone plzz tell me how to fix those errors???i hav tried downloading the required dll nd paste it to syswow64 folder...but nothing happens....it says...an error has occured while i try to launch the game...
My os is windows8 64-bit

First off never a good idea to just download and paste. Second exactly what dll files are being referenced. It could be anything from directx to a missing requirement
