I'm looking to build a new PC for recording games, live streaming games on twitch, and just casual gaming. My budget is $950 CANADIAN. Keep in mind that this price does NOT include a hardrive, keyboard, mouse, or a monitor. This price DOES however include an OS. Any suggestions are welcome, and thanks for the help :)

PS: A smaller case would be nice.
