both equally equipted and with roughly the same price. i would prefer the asus due to a better customer feedback. my preference for Z87 from ASUS is Maximus VI Hero though!

honestly, i wish i had enough money to get the Hero but since no one seems to like the Gigabyte mobo...i think i'll stick with the Asus plus, i've checked the Asus A out, but the lack of usb 3.0 headers and 4 pin fan connectors gets me....but thanks for all your help guys! really appreciate it
