I already have 2x500gb hardrives and an OS, with £580 (Maybe more) lying around please suggest exactly what you'd do, to max out the budget. I'm thinking of building a Kaveri build, waiting then adding a high end GPU and maybe a new CPU in 5 months?

Solution

+1 to this build, it should run any game that you want.

I would NOT recommend the Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 motherboard. It lacks VRM heatsinks so the VRMs can easily overheat, especially if you try overclocking which will definitely make the VRMs overheat.

This motherboard is much better and would actually allow you to overclock. You should obtain at least 4.5ghz with this set-up.
