I have been looking into getting a fan controller for one of my optical drives, but I have been convinced otherwise because of the consistently bad reviews on almost all of the fan speed controllers.
That being said I really want to find a good way to be able to monitor/control most of my fans as easily as possible. I am not getting a case with a built in fan speed controller either. So is their any alternative method that I can use to actively monitor the internal temperature of my case and control the fan speeds based on what I am doing?
One final note, I am willing to buy temperature sensors if needed. My motherboard is the Asus Maximus VI Formula as well. Thank You!
