Solution
Hey,

Those are still some old parts. I would recommend looking at some places online such as youtube or pcpartpicker.com to look for a computer around your budget. It seems that your buying a used computer, considering it has an old cpu. I would recommend for your budget to buy a brand new pc and build it yourself

Those are quite some old parts. Some are dated from 2009 for example, It would be much better to buy a much more modern system. If it would run modern games such as what you said Battlefield 4, I would say no, because that graphics card even for its time is weak. Whats your System budget btw?
If I helped remember to choose as the solution

The one with the 650 is a lot better, but depending on the price, you may be better off building your own, especially if you are looking to play anything CPU bound at higher settings.

Also from the fact that they have a 160 gig drive in there I'm guessing it's an old one and would be a good idea to replace it or simply use the 500 gig drive.

For 500 you may not get a faster video card, but can get a faster CPU and a 1gig + new hard drive. If that system is about $250, may be worth it. The only thing that really makes it worth over $200 is the video card, and maybe the PSU depending on the brand and model.
