why? bro i need help i want to stream minecraft and play the same time with no lag currently i can do that but i get a bit of lag which i dont want it dont bother me or viewers bur i still dont want it i want it to run with no lag while streaming this is my processor i think it sucks but i cant change that now thats my current processor http://gyazo.com/655f335c307467ab7e5c51d89cef98ac and i need a good graphics card that would fit my motherboard any advice and i dont want it to be over 40 pounds uk money

Well it will play games better than integrated graphics.
Not by to much though.
It will work on your motherboard though.
The video card only uses it's own memory, so it's fine if the video card has ddr3 memory and your board doesn't. thats why gddr5 cards are still popular, even though we're still only on ddr3 memory.
40 pounds won't really get you much worth spending money on.
Minecraft is a CPU and RAM intensive game, so getting a better graphics card doesn't help as much as it would with other games like call of duty.
Graphics cards at that price range allow you to "have" graphics if your CPU doesn't provide it, that's about it.

Not entirely true, but you have a point. If you want to do some serious gaming, you should go with a GTX 650 ti or GTX 750 (ti) at least.
A GT 610 with that motherboard and ram would work just fine, but it would not be great for gaming.

Minecraft isn't about the strength of your GPU, it relies heavily on your CPU and RAM, Minecraft has "terribad" graphics, but it has to keep track of each little square block, so that's all CPU processing and holding info in RAM. Streaming is also CPU and ram heavy, so that's what you need to stream and play minecraft.
I don't know if getting a graphics card will take the load off your CPU, but it might.
It's odd that the gt 610 doesn't even show up on the Tom's tier list:

And "only" streaming isn't really an "only" thing, streaming eats up lots of system resources, so much so that it's actually recommended to buy a 2nd pc built specifically to do all the streaming for you.

Moving off the intigrated graphics might free up your RAM and CPU a little, but depending on your processor, I don't expect much of a performance gain.
I 100% believe this card will be a waste of money. You are better off saving for an extra month and picking up a 650 at least.
The GPU RAM has nothing to do with the motherboard RAM, there will be no conflict.
