Hello,
My system uses a Cooler Master Seidon 120XL Water Cooling component as my CPU cooler.
However while installing it since I haven't watched the tutorial video and could not find necessary information on the manual, the radiator pumps are located on the top of the radiator instead of bottom.

as you can see in this picture on the left side the radiator pump ends are located on the top of the radiator, however the videos I watched later on said that these pump ends should be located at the bottom.

In order to change this I also have to change position of the water cooling component on the CPU as well so before I go and do it all I wanted to ask it here. Would this in any way damage my system (any part or component) or have any damaging/hindering consequence on my PC?

Do you think I must change it?

Why do the tutorial videos show and mention they should be on the bottom then? :) Can you provide me with information in order to extend my knowledge basis (sharing the knowledge with me) what that part of the radiator does (where the pumps are connected)? I really wish to learn hardware specific knowledge and I would be happy if you could help out :)

www.youtube.com/watch?v=WBLsCjcI04Y‎ is the tutorial.

I think it's just because that way the liquid naturally flows with gravity, but it's such a small amount it takes a minimal amount of force to push it upwards that it will not affect performance. Either that, or it's just so the tubes bend less. You're fine like that though, there is no kink in the tube and they will not wear out in that position.
